Five Exclusive Escape Steps!
1. Design and Consult
A free one hour consultation with you to get to know you and to draw out all your ideas. We love to be inspired by your imagination and will help you develop these thoughts to turn your vision into truly beautiful bespoke decorations.
We want to hear about your dream and vision.

Don't worry if you are unsure about your theme - we are great at listening and can soon sort a theme once we hear a little more about you, your guests, and what you dream for your special event.
​
We promise to uncover your unique and special style - be it with fairy lights, placemats, that special napkin fold or floral arrangement. Sometimes it is simply working with you to choose a favourite colour palette.
2. Concept and Style
Another free consultation where we will channel our creative energy into formulating a design concept that tells your story to deliver an unforgettable wedding venue style that is both unique and inspiring.

We will do this by providing our own photographs or from the likes of Pinterest.
We will then produce a mock-up, where practical, of one of your bespoke table decorations.
3. Design Brief and Quote
We will bring the decorations together by providing a full breakdown of all the elements that we will style and display on each table.
The design brief will also include the extra details such as the total number of tables, the type of table (round or square) and the number in your bridal party for example. We will also include full details of any additional venue decorations.

A financial breakdown will be emailed to you detailing all of the elements in the design brief plus any other service costs.
​
4. Preparation and Site Visit
This is where we plan, source and create all your bespoke decorations.
​
We will also coordinate & confirm any other bookings we may have made on your behalf (eg linen hire, catering equipment hire).
​
We will undertake a venue visit (where practical and possible) to ensure we understand the layout and position of all decorations.
5. On-the-Day Styling, Set-up and Pack-down
This is where we get to work our magic while you get to escape the stress, hustle and bustle of setting your tables. We guarantee a cohesive stylish look with beautifully crafted impressive decorations. We will ensure they are perfect and everything is in place.

We will set up all of the pre-approved table decorations, including additional items such as line, crockery, cutler, napkins, guest favors, water of wine bottles and glassware as required.
​
​You get to spend precious time with your friends and family on the special day.
​​
At a pre-arranged time we will come back to pack-down. We will make sure the areas where our decorations were displayed are left clean and tidy as per our arrangements with you and the venue owners. You get to escape the tedious task of packing down at the end of your event and returning all decorations to a hire venue.

Optional Extras
​
We can pre-fold your napkins.
We will place individual guest names if you provide us with a seating plan.
We will set up the setting plan display and any other signage.
We will set up any other venue decorations.

Our original idea was to incorporate water and greenery into our table decor for our wedding tables. After consultation with Leanne she created the most amazing mirrored glass, water with floating candles , white rose and greenery table settings. They were absolutely stunning.
